EducateDallas is a non-partisan political action committee dedicated to engaging the North Texas business community in support of better outcomes for Dallas ISD and Dallas College students.

EducateDallas seeks to endorse high-quality candidates for the Dallas ISD and Dallas College Boards of Trustees who are committed to:

  1. Supporting access to high quality early learning through programmatic offerings and teacher preparation.

  2. Facilitating employer partnerships to provide career-aligned educational opportunities, including work-based learning programs.

  3. Increasing the number of students that earn a postsecondary degree, attain a high-value industry credential, or enlist in the military.

  4. Improving educator effectiveness through rigorous education preparation programs and strategic staffing initiatives to reward highly effective teachers and principals.

  5. Proactively engaging with administration to identify and enact evidence-based educational policies to improve student outcomes and narrow achievement gaps.

  6. Practicing good governance through a commitment to rigorous accountability, transparent decision-making and mindful stewardship of public funds.
